This is also one of our favorite services. We help customers solve real production performance problems using the technology that we like so much.
We typicaly perform tuning in several stages. We start with several days of remote work via webex. During this stage, We analyze the data from I3 and work on test/pre-production to examine some solutions. In many cases, this step requires interaction with the developers.

Then, We usually spend 1-2 days on-site with the developers to summarize our findings and help implementing my solutions. We reapeat the steps above till performance meets the SLA.
