This is also one of my favorite services. I help customers solve real production performance problems using the technology that I like so much.
I typicaly perform tuning in several stages. I start with several days of remote work via webex. During this stage, I analyze the data from I3 and work on test/pre-production to examine some solutions. In many cases, this step requires interaction with the developers.

Then, I usually spend 1-2 days on-site with the developers to summarize my findings and help implementing my solutions. I reapeat the steps above till performance meets the SLA.
