Total APM announced the availability of it's Adds-On package for Siebel
Total APM is happy to announce that Total APM’s Add-On for I3 for Siebel is now available. This package strengthens Precise solution for the Siebel Application. With Total APM Add-On for Siebel, Precise customers can get visibility into the Siebel Application Server tier and receive a complete performance monitoring coverage of every tier in the Siebel architecture. The Add-On package consists of the following module:
Siebel Application Server collectors : This module monitors the Siebel application server and uses the Precise SDK to integrate the monitored data into the I3 suite. The collected data is displayed in Insight as well as Precise ASD. Use this data to identify top resource consuming components in each server, memory leak and more. Siebel Custom Metrics: This module is a set of crucial Siebel custom alerts. These alerts allow the Siebel admin to become proactive and get notified when a problem occurs, before the end user complains. Alerts include components reaching max tasks, components registering unexpected status, and more.
Siebel Portlets in ASD: This set of portlets improves the built-in portlets in ASD by customizing the display to suite the Siebel application. This module is still under development.
