Service	Description
Performance Assessments	We will work with you to understand the layout of your application and will design the optimal I3 implementation for your application. We will install and configure the required agents to monitor your application. Finally, we will perform a first diagnostic and identify performance problems. Based on the identified bottlenecks we will point out the areas in your application that need to be tuned to immediately enhance performance.
Tuning Engagements	This is the next step after Performance Assessments. We will work with your team to fully identify the performance problems in the application and suggest solutions to improve application performance. We will help implement the solutions and monitor the improvements in the application throughput.
Training and Knowledge Transfer	We can meet with your staff and train you on Precise I3. This can be an introductory level training or an advanced technical training. If we have done performance assesment or tuning engagements, we will make sure the training is customized to your application.
