I3 training
This is my favorite project as I have the pleasure of demonstrating customers how to use I3 while focusing on their production data. I view I3 training as a tool to assure that customers, who invested in I3, realize their ROI asap. (more)

Extracting data from I3
The customer I was working with had a business requirement to keep some of the I3 statistics for a very long time. Changing the PW purge retention did not prove to be a good solution as the PW database size grew very fast. (more)

Shrinking PW database
This customer had a very large PW (450GB) consisting of only Indepth/SQL and Indepth/Sybase data. I was asked to check if some of the data can be purged without a major lost of functionality. (more)

Creating Customized reports
Here is an example of a customized report I have created for a customer who bought I3 for Oracle application. This simple report runs every week and lists the top 20 Oracle application forms/batches that need to be investigated. (more)
