Here is an example of a customized report we have created for a customer who bought I3 for Oracle application. This simple report runs every week and lists the top 20 Oracle application forms/batches that need to be investigated. These reports help the customer improve the performance of his application and speed the ROI from I3.

In general, the report helps the customer manage the performance of his system. It provides a tool to track the improvements in the performance and to verify the performance effort-results. Every week an “Oracle performance team” reviews the new entries to the top 5 programs. As problems get worked on and resolved, OA programs are removed from the list and new programs are added to the list. This is a great example of how one can build a process to improve application performance while leveraging the I3 methodology.
